When this site receives a "DNT: 1" header:

1. COLLECTION: We will not retain unique identifiers (cookies, fingerprints,
   supercookies) for any user who transmits a DNT signal, except:
   a. Where the data is needed to complete a transaction the user has requested
   b. For security and fraud prevention
   c. Where the data has been aggregated to a group of 5000+ individuals

2. USE: No data collected from DNT users will be used for behavioral
   advertising, profiling, or tracking across websites.

3. RETENTION: Server logs containing IP addresses and user-agent strings
   from DNT users will be retained for no more than 10 days.

4. THIRD PARTIES: We will not share data from DNT users with any third party
   that does not itself comply with this policy, except:
   a. To transactional service providers bound by contract
   b. Where legally required

5. TRANSPARENCY: We will publicly reassert compliance annually.

6. NOTIFICATION: We will attempt to notify users before disclosing their data
   to law enforcement, unless prohibited by law.

7. COMPLIANCE: If we discover an inadvertent privacy breach, we will correct
   it and publicly disclose the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
